2024/2025 Registration

You will need to pay tuition if you’re wanting to attend class. We don’t offer free trials. But, there is never any pressure to continue the class if your child does not want to be there. There is no contract involved, so you can always decide to not continue.

Our Classes

  • Acro with Kori (Ages 5+)

    This acrobatics/gymnastics class will focus on everything from cartwheels and walkovers, to back handsprings and tucks (depending on ability level). Students will learn skills that will help them improve their flexibility, agility, and strength.

    Saturdays 10:30-11:15, Saturdays 11:30-12:15, Saturdays 12:30-1:15

  • Creative Movement (Ages 3+)

    An introduction to dance for young children. In this class, we get lots of practice with following directions, social skills, and emotional regulation, as we explore motor movement, creativity, rhythm, and expression in a safe and fun environment.

    Wednesdays 2:00-2:45pm

  • Ballet 1 (Ages 5+)

    Ballet is a very formal, disciplined and classic dance form with specific terminology, technique and choreography. Ballet originated in 16th and 17th century French courts, and was further developed in England, Italy, and Russia as a concert dance form. Ballet is taught in a systematic way with the understanding of the basic principles and the quality execution of such. Ballet is typically performed to classical music; however it has developed through time to include a more contemporary style.

  • Ballet 2 (prior ballet experience required)

  • Ballet 3 (invitation only)

Ballet is taught in a systematic way with the understanding of the basic principles and the quality execution of such. Ballet is typically performed to classical music; however it has developed through time to include a more contemporary style.

    Tuesdays 5:00-6:00pm

  • Pre-Pointe (invitation only)

    Pre-Pointe classes are offered to ballet students who are working towards dancing en pointe (on pointe shoes). This class will focus on further developing and strengthening the muscles, alignment and technique necessary to safely and correctly dance en pointe. Pre-Pointe students must also be enrolled in Ballet 3.

    Mondays 4:00-5:00pm

  • Contemporary (must also be enrolled in ballet 3)

    Contemporary dance involves a varied choice of music and is all about self-expression, storytelling, and freedom. It uses movement inspired by multiple styles, including ballet and jazz dance. The dancers learn how to create “lines” and to dance with breadth, freedom of movement, and emotion. It is recommended that Contemporary students also participate in Ballet 3.

    Wednesdays 4:00-5:00pm

  • Jazz 1 (5+)

    Jazz dance is a diverse and energetic dance style in which creativity and expressiveness is encouraged. Jazz is a rhythmic, stylized dance form with roots in America in the early 1900’s. Jazz technique borrows from classical ballet and modern dance, blending other varied techniques such as folk dance, African traditional dance, and musical styles of past and present. It is eclectic and dynamic and can be performed to any type of music.

  • Jazz 2 (prior jazz experience required)

  • Hip Hop 1 (6+)

    Hip Hop dance represents a cultural movement from the city streets to the dance studios. It is an energetic dance style that originated with the hip hop music scene back to the 70’s. Hip Hop continues to evolve and is known for its gravity-defying moves, freestyle shapes, and the infamous battles between dancers around the world.

    For more than 100 years, tap dance has delighted people of all ages. Tap dance is energetic, upbeat, and taught to a wide range of music. Tap students will focus on developing coordination, sense of timing, body awareness, rhythm, and basic tap dancing vocabulary. Students will broaden their musical horizons, while having fun!

  • Dance Around the World (Ages 7+)

    (free community class--must audition to join) A class for kids who love to perform! We will explore dance styles and music from many different times, places, and genres, with a focus on learning fun routines and improving performance skills.
